Timeline

Production time of bespoke, custom and made-to-measure casual wear, wedding dresses and special occasions clothes:
Once we finalize the design and receive your measurements, it takes about 2-3 months to produce the pieces, however the timeline may vary depending on the project and if mock-up service is required.

Production of  made-to-order clothes from our collections:
Once the order is placed, it takes about 3-4 weeks to produce the pieces.

Shipping:

Express home delivery:  €25 

3-5 working days (depending on your location, shipped with UPS or DHL). Please note that this excludes the lead time to produce the pieces.
Once the item is in production (or the toile/ mock-up item), you will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact contact@dressarteparis.com to discuss the circumstances of the cancellation prior to the production date.

Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. All transactions are done in the customer’s local currency.
For your first order we offer you a reimbursement of custom duties as Dressarte store credit that is valid for 1 year. Please email us for further information: contact@dressarteparis.com

We’re proud to say that 98,9 % of our clients are satisfied with their one-of-a-kind items and the alteration rate is close to zero. 

How do we do it?
One of the common reasons for returning items ordered online is the wrong size. We eliminate this risk by offering you a mock-up service.

Try Before You Commit
We offer a mock-up service and fabric swatches (optional) before creating the final piece. This ensures you’re happy with the fit and design before production begins.

First-Time Buyer Confidence
If you’re new to Dressarte and unsure about custom clothing, we offer a 100% store credit if the final piece doesn’t match your expectations. Return your item within 7 days  for 100% store credit to use on future purchases.

Return shipping is on us for your first order.

We ask that you ensure the measurements you provide are correct, and we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed (luckily the chance that you’ll need any alterations is very low). 

We highly recommend you try your item on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event you have concerns regarding the fit, you must contact us contact@dressarteparis.com within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide images. 
Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable.

Alterations

Your item is made to your body measurements and the intended design. If you may wish to alter your item to achieve your desired fit upon receiving, such associated costs will be at your expense. In the unlikely event if you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us contact@dressarteparis.com within 3 days of receiving your item and we will assess your requirements.
If your measurements change from what was confirmed after you provided us with your measurements, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred. 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order during the design stage, the design deposit cannot be refunded.
Once the item is in production, you will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact contact@dressarteparis.com to discuss the circumstances of the cancellation prior to the production date.
