We offer free shipping on all orders above 200 euro (or equivalent in other currencies) for all countries except some African countries (South Africa included), Japan, China, Australia & New Zealand etc.

For  worldwide deliveries, Dressarteparis primarily uses EMS (Express Mail Service) offered by over 140 postal services worldwide, including the United States Postal Service, Parcelforce Worldwide (UK), Chronopost (France), Australia Post, Canada Post, Singapore Post Limited, and Hongkong Post,  and DHL courier service for order that are not eligible for shipping via EMS.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments
  • Depending on your order destination, we may also select from other courier to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. If you have any problems with order tracking please contact us at contact@dressarteparis.com.

The return of the products is subject to the following conditions :

  • If you wish to return any items, please contact us at contact@dressarteparis.com within 3 days upon receiving an item, indicating your name, your order number, brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days after the goods received with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.  
  • When returning the product, make sure that you keep a post receipt which copy you will need to provide us by email to get shipping cost refunded. The refund is done in a form of coupon that you can spend on our website. The coupon is equal to the amount you spent on returning the product according to the receipt but it can’t exceed 20 euro/$.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. All items must be in unused condition. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. Dressarte reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

REFUND


Non-customised items (no design changes have been made to alter the original style and the size of the garment is standard) can be returned for a store credit or 100% refund.

Customised items (design changes have been made to alter the original style and/or the garment is designed according to your body measurements) can be returned for a store credit or 70% refund. 

The refund is done in the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATIONS  OR ADD ITEMS

If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cancel the order or would like to add more items, we will accept your cancellation up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, and request to add items will be acceptable before 1 day of shipping.
